Returns & Exchanges

We accept both returns and exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached. The following items are not eligible for return: sale items, underwear, custom pieces, and any items marked as final sale.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@influence-boutique.com with your order number. We will provide further instructions, including a return shipping label. Return shipping costs are covered by us.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Requests made after the 10-day return period may be eligible for store credit only.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with images of the item. We will arrange a return and issue a full refund.

Payment

We accept a range of secure payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely via Shopify and are charged at the time of purchase.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed. If a payment fails, the order will not be completed, and you may retry using an alternative payment method.

We accept discount codes and gift cards at checkout. Prices are displayed in a single currency, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any orders flagged as potentially fraudulent.
