Pick-up & Shipping Policy
Pickup (In-Store)
We offer complimentary in-store pickup for all orders. Orders will be ready within 1 business day, and you will receive an email notification once your order is available for collection.
Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your order. If you are unable to collect it yourself, a nominated person may do so on your behalf with the order confirmation. Orders will be held for 10 business days and can be collected during business hours.
Shipping
We currently offer domestic shipping only. Orders are processed within 1 business day, and delivery typically takes approximately 2 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Please note that while we aim to meet delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to courier or external factors. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.
