Orders can be picked up in store once you receive a confirmation that your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your purchase. If you select shipping, delivery options and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
Returns & Payment
Online purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery. No refunds are offered.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered, with original tags and packaging attached. Proof of purchase must accompany all returns. Jewelry, handbags, shoes, sale merchandise and special orders are final sale.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Online purchases may also be returned in-store within 7 days.
